Dispatch Duties

1. Answer phone 24/7 and schedule service calls between 10am to 6pm 7 days a week.
A) Whats the year/make/model of vehicle?
B) Whats repairs do you need?
C) Whats your phone number?
D) Whats your address?
E) What time do you need a mechanic?
2. Text the service manager ASAP.
Send him the A-E information.
3. Call service manager at time of appointments.
A) Confirm arrival
B) Confirm pricing
4. End of day.
A) Meet up with service manager.
B) Count the money.
C) Pay service manager 30% commission.

Service Manger Duties

1. Inspect service van by 9am.
A) Check oil (save reciepts for reimbursment)
B) Check tires (save reciepts for reimbursment)
C) Get gas (save reciepts for reimbursment)
D) Remove all trash
E) Organize tools
2. Inspect uniforms.
A) Logo Shirt
B) Logo Hat
C) Clean Pants (absolutely no shorts)
3. Text dispatch ASAP.
Send her your "stage-up" locations through out the day.
4. End of day.
A) Meet up with dispatch.
B) Count the money.
C) She pays you 30% commission.

Mechanics Duties

1. Meet service manager at van by 9am.
A) Remove trash
B) Organize tools
2. Ride with service manager to service calls.
A) Be able to complete mechanical task efficiently.
B) Do not talk to customer about prices (only a service manager can quote prices)
3. End of day.
A) Meet up with dispatch.
B) She pays you $20 par diem.
C) She pays you 10% commission.
